An arty & eco-conscious summer
on the shores of the Mediterranean
This summer, the Giens Peninsula is becoming a field of expression for eco-aware art.
From 9 to 25 July 2025, Salines is hosting its first ART CAMP festival in a contemporary, eco-inspired format : design using recycled plastic, textile graphic design, photo fanzine, DJ sets, meet the artist events and shared workshops.
A programme of art, awareness and creativity, powered by eco-conscious talent... and a healthy dose of sunshine.
What we're getting up to at Salines
We think, create, recycle and share here.
When it comes to creating art responsibly:
- Recycled plastic design : objects given a new spin, materials seen from a new angle
- Graphic design on textile & canvas : screen printing, painting and visual punchlines
- Fanzine & photo workshop : shooting, DIY publication, layout and collaborative creation
- Graphic design workshop : typography, colour, composition & identity
And the atmosphere:
- DJ sets for happy hour at the end of the day
- Open meet the artist events : discussions, demos, inspirations
- Group mini-exhibition at the end of the stay to round off the camp in style

Where is it happening?
At Salines in Hyères, on La Capte beach, at the heart of a park in the middle of nature, bathed in sun and salt. Surrounded by turquoise beaches, pine forest paths and design-forward lodges, you can create in tune with the elements. A sublime natural setting, conducive to both creation and experimentation.
Artcamp x Collection Rivages
The ART CAMP Festival is an original creation by Collection Rivages : a travelling, creative festival open to one and all.
Quite naturally, Salines is a place where art comes to life : blending nature and culture, it makes the ideal spot for experimenting, creating and sharing. Creation is a collective endeavour and holidays have an added artistic touch here.
